Porter Group Returns Policy

All returns must have a Return Authorisation form accompanying the goods; please note your original MySite order number on the form.

All goods must be received within 10 working days of being assigned with a completed Return Authority Form. Please note all returns must be in saleable condition, i.e. not worn or washed. Any returns received that are not considered saleable will NOT be accepted.
